I’m a Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer, with 11 years in the industry and have coached hundreds of women both in person and online.
- I’ve been overweight, skinny, absolutely shredded and everywhere in between.
- I’ve had multiple eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder.
- I’ve mistreated my body with under-eating, over-eating, over-exercising and too much stress.
Hormonal imbalance caused me to lose my period and so I pursued my own healing journey from the inside out to regain balance in my body.
I have never loved my body more than I do now and I have incredible health to match. I don’t look like a fitness magazine cover model and I’m totally comfortable with that!
I’ve been there and done it, and made all the mistakes so you don’t have to!
Today, I feel strong, powerful and resilient.
I enjoy what I see in the mirror and I feel very comfortable in a bikini all year round.
The relationship I have with my body and with food are so important to me.
I couldn’t have imagined I’d be in such a great place now.
I’m totally in tune with my body - I know what it needs and when, I know how to manage stress, I don’t have PMS and my periods are easy.
As I move closer to menopause, my hormone health is my no.1 priority and I feel prepared for the next chapter.
My aim is to stay in the best shape I can, with balanced hormones and still lifting weights in the gym when I’m 80 years old!
Having achieved this for myself, I want nothing more than to unlock feeling this great for every woman I meet!
